Hello
How is everybody getting on with hibernation outside with rise of temps.
Temps inside my tortoise house today have been 9c and 10c,but could not open up as temps outside there house were warmer, this time last year i was having to put extra heat in also with there tubular heater as it was so cold.Humpty and Becky have buried right down in there side of the house but H when i looked the other day was only half way down,i just hope they are okay with rise of temps,i will have a check when temps lower down so i dont let more heat in.

I think they'll be fine - some of mine went down at the beginning of October when we had that mini heatwave! You may find as the temps fluctuate that they either dig down or come to the top, I wouldn't worry too much as long as they are still to settled :D

Jayne, I remember the trouble you had last year. I think we were all hoping for a less severe winter this year, but not a warm one, where we have to worry about the heat in their houses. It really is a nightmare.
