Hello
speedy my refoot the other day got a slug in his mouth it turned my stomache over,when i saw him eating a frog a couple of months ago i thought that was yuk,are slugs okay for them,i try and throw them over the fence or salt them but he beat me to that one.

They love them :D My Sulcatas speciality is snails :D Dont think it does them any harm but Terry would be the one to tell us that :D Just dont look :roll:

Yuk. I think slugs are ok Jayne. But I wouldn't want to see mine actually eating one. :lol:

I think as a rule they are BUT there has been a lot of reports just lately about an increase in lung worm of animals that have eaten them so I probably wouldn't encourage it??? I may of course be wrong? Wait for someone with more experience to come along..

the thought of it makes me feel sick,slimey little things.
dawn, lung worm is on the increase.when lacey was coughing last winter, that was the first thing they tested her for. thank god she didnt have them.......tiggy

We are having a heat wave here in Ireland and my leopard was out all day....He tucked into a huge slug in the garden....but all he got was a mouthful of slime and went running for cover.....Slugs and snails to torts are like winkles and mussels to us
