Here are some photos of weeds that I picked as part of a mixed and varied diet for my tortoises. I will provide names of plants that I am pretty sure of the name, but if anyone knows better, please feel free to correct! I live in Cornwall and the following were photographed on Saturday 8th of January.

Dandelion.

Pennywort.

Pennywort, growing on an old tree.

Ribwort Plantain.

Ivy-Leaved Toadflax.

One of the Campanula family,(bell flower).

A wall of campanula, ivy-leaved toadflax also growing within.

Bittercress.

Of the geranium family.

Wild Strawberry.

.....and finally....

Dead nettle family.

A variegated, cultivated form of dead nettle ( I forget the name.)

I think this one is called cats ears?

Possibly prickly sow-thistle?
