Floretti is a lettuce. Useful in the Summer months when its hot and dry. As its mainly water, so can help keep your tortoise hydrated.

Have a look in your supermarket in the pre packed lettuce section. You'll find a selection of bags of mixed lettuce leaf bits. They are useful standbys, especially for winter feeding. Also watercress is a good standby... Of course a mixed selection of weeds is the best food .... Romaine lettuce is ok ... but.... Well sometimes we have to improvise. As long as it is a mixed selection .... But no cabbage, sprouts, peas, broccoli those sorts of things x x hugs x x
