One out, 5 to go!!!

Yippeee!!

I went to bed last night and one of my 6 eggs had pipped, I of course could not sleep and checked on it every hour throughout the night. By morning I had to go to work so summoned my little brother to stay with them all day with strict instructions on what to do.
I called every hour from work and by 1pm she was out of the egg and enjoying a nice soak. She is gorgeous and weighs 10g, which is really big for Cola's hatchlings.
Another 3 have pipped tonight and luckily I have a day off tomorrow so I am very excited.

It made me realise just how much tango & pepsi have grown and I am a little worried about putting them together as I think they may get squashed, but I don't have room for another table?? I may need to separate a section of the table for the babies..

I will get some nice photo's tomorrow and will of course share with you.

WOW!!!! Congratulations Jeanette & Cola!

I'm at work in the morning but will check back first thing and as soon as I get home at lunch time to check up on the others.....

We're having a baby boom at the moment!!!!! Something to keep us going whilst all the biggies are sleeping xxxx

This time last year you were a quivering wreck:0)
Look at you now, really confident.

You could try putting the new hatchlings in a box until they are really mobile (on the edge of the heat sorce, so they keep warm). Once they are mobile and eating, they can be put in with the larger ones and they will stand their ground well.
