Well I finally managed to get the cold frame this morning - Got it from B&Q for £16.20!! Everywhere else these are £29.99!!!! Anyhew, I managed to adapt it slightly and here it is.....

Putting it together was easy compared to trying to get it to fit to the box!!!!

Very good. I am well impressed with your DIY skills. Just hope the girls appreciate all the hardwork and stress going in to this nesting site and produce some more eggs quickly.

Cheers Gail, unfortunately its been a mix of overcast & sun here but not overly warm and tomorrow looks much the same so unfortunately it don't look like they are gonna lay before I go away hopefully they will wait till next weekend - that is, of course, providing they are gravid!

Well its been like that here today Dawn, and I had two females lay today.
So dont give up yet:0)

thanks Sandy.....maybe they are both having phantom pregnancies!!!! Got lots to do tomorrow but will try and weigh/bath them so I can see when I get back if theres been any change
