Hello all was in the shop getting some cuttle fish bone when i came across an Iodine block for birds,its basically just a calcium block but with added vitamins and Iodine and its a pink colour,could this be used as well as cuttle fish bone and Nutrobol?? Maybe as a solid block in the table???

i personally think (and this is only a personal thing mind) that my torts get enough vitamins from their food and supplements
i wouldn't like to think i'm feeding them iodine
the blocks are for the birds to keep their beaks trim
you can make blocks by the way out of limestone flour, water and ice cube trays or jelly moulds :)

i think that the iodine blocks are for bird beaks. i also make blocks out of limestone flour, just mix the flour with water into a thick paste and i then spoon it into cake cases. the cakes help trim the beak and they lift out of the cake cases easly..........tiggy
