I called the vets today and pepsi shows no signs of Pneumonia but is underweight so they have been syringe feeding her and she is getting stronger!!
Tango does have a deformed vertebrae (can't spell) but they are hopeful this will correct itself in time.

He is keeping them in and I can pick them up monday morning!! I then will get to speak to Mark the vet and find out more details.. but I am pleased with the progress so far!

Can't wait to get them home, I can't begin to tell you how much I have missed them.. The 6 babies are a week old now and are all perfect and very active and eating well.

Jeanette xx

As last year, when I was weed picking down a lane, this older couple asked me what I was doing!(pulling these strange faces at me) So I replied, picking the kids tea :D :D
should of seen their faces then!

Pepsi & Tango are home and I am so happy to have them back! (albeit £129 lighter)
The conclusion is that pepsi does have an upper respiratory infection which has been treated with antibiotic injections and some drops i have to put up her nose twice a day.. and already she is really lively and has eaten well, I just think she is happy to be home. I don't have to separate her from the others..which is great.
Tango does have a slight deformity in her neck but this may correct itself in time.

On examining the xray mark the vet also told me their bone density wasn't very good so he has given them both calcium injections and told me to lower my Uv strip? He siad to lower it to just above their shells, even though I have an Arcadia D3 100w bulb as well?? I have also got to increase their calcium supplements, even though I sprinkle Nutrabol over everything every other day??

Do you think their deformities are a result maybe of when Cola laid them last December I had to transport them 40 minutes to Sandy's house as I was so inexperienced. They also stayed at the vets for a couple of days, just under a heat lamp before I took them to Sandy's to be incubated as It was snowing and i couldn't get to them?

They have to go back on Monday for Mark to check them again and give them another calcium injection, but fingers crossed they will be ok..

Thanks for your support
Jeanette xx
